I am a clinical nutritionist and have spent the last 15 years helping thousands of people just like you improve the nutrition of themselves and their families.

As much as I would like to say that the root of my clients success is in eating more vegetables! My real specialty is in helping people change their behaviors and come up with a plan so they not only know what to eat, but how to stick with it.

The plan is designed to have you cooking 3 dinners a week, 3 nights of leftovers and one night ordering out (because we all need a break!). The breakfast and lunches are either things you can make in bulk or quickly thrown together (think a wrap or salad).

There are certainly vegetarian options (i.e. fully plant based, eggs, fish) in this plan, but it is really built for the person who eats both plant and animal dishes. If you want a fully plant based plan, this isn't the best one for you...although let me know because if there is enough interest I can create one for you!

Not at all! Although it is simple enough to just take the grocery list and run with it, most people like to move things around and make it their own. Each meal is balanced individually, meaning you can swap them around or eat the same thing every day. I have also created a special "Dinners Only" grocery list as that seems to be the most common area that people want support.

The plan is loosely built around a 30%Fat, 40%Carb, 30%Protein model. From my experience this is a great way to balance meals for sustained energy, reduction in cravings and weight management. 

As is, the plan is for a family of 2. For instance, most of the dinners make 4 servings and then I have you having leftovers a few days later. However, it is easily modified by simply doubling the recipes.

The documents are pdf documents so you can store and open them on your phone. However, the grocery list generator does not work on a phone.
